I provide a wide range of services for people of all physical abilities and experiences. I specialize in working within your capabilities and moving you towards your mobility goals.
From student to instructor
I started my journey with yoga 12 years ago. Being a naturally curious person, I tried several types of yoga. I am a mother of 2 boys and have stayed home with them full time over the past two years. I decided to get certified as a yoga instructor and am working towards a 900 hr track to eventually be a yoga therapist. I have a degree in Physical Therapy as a PTA. And I have a degree in Psychology which gives me insight into the mind body connection.

I had similar issues when I wanted to try out Yoga. I was too intimidated and socially anxious to go to a class but online videos and apps weren’t doing it for me either; I struggled to keep up, to slow down; I worried my form was incorrect. So when my friend Camille qualified as an instructor and started running virtual yoga classes over Skype and doing 1:1 sessions I leapt at the opportunity to try it out!
Camille already knew me from the fitness app we used which made me comfortable to give it a shot. If you are wanting to start yoga practice but struggling to find a class that fits into your schedule then I can recommend giving eZENtial yoga a go.
Classes at the gym can fulfil a social need for many; while online live classes and individual sessions at home can be ideal for those with time constraints, childcare requirements and those with differing needs.

Good MARVELOUS SUNday morning! ??♀️⛅️ This was me doing the almost 10 minute, “Sun solution poses for warm up flow. With my Adopted Sweet “One Tough Chick! Seester” Camille! At the start of my 45 minute yoga, ??♀️ & almost hour long complete EVENING workout at home ?????♀️?⌚✨?✨YESTERDAY. And getting ready to do RIGHT NOW! Including the stairs & sit-ups. And I’ve actually added her warm up flow workout at the start of my normal yoga workout since she recorded & posted it on TUESDAY. But I have just never had the time to record me doing it, then share it with her & all of you. Along with the SEVERAL OTHER workouts I do ALL DAY. The reason why I can’t ever seem to find enough time, before I pass out from exhaustion! And you can see in the video, I still have some weakness on my left side after my brain ? injury on the right. And it’s great having the “Earthlite” next to me for me to hold onto to help position & stableize me. So thanks AGAIN my Adopted Sweet “One Tough Chick! Seester” Camille! You’re GREAT about giving alternative moves to those who have problems with some of them. As you can see that I do! ? And I transferred it onto an iMovie to post on facebook. But they always shorten the photos down. So it’s not showing the whole ones I took.?

Thank you so much Camille for doing this fibromyalgia segment I really appreciated it. Sorry I missed the live stream. I am up at my my best friends house who just had back surgery helping her out. You showed a lot of great poses that will not only help with the fibromyalgia pain but with the chronic back pain as well. These poses I cannot only do but will help relieve the stress that the pain causes. Thanks again ?

Camille!! Sorry I’m not able to make the live shows this week but I’ve just gone through this one!! And wow! My dads best friend has literally just been diagnosed with fibromyalgia!! ? So this is fantastic! I will take these moves and show him how to do them next week when I see him!! ?? You were amazing as always! Thankyou ?
